Flat Fee Divorce Services
Dennis Felix is a licensed Attorney who has been providing divorce and family legal services for over thirty years. I am retired from active litigation now but I continue to offer flat fees to parties who desire to resolve their divorce by settling it. If you are considering divorce and believe that you can settle, I will be glad to review your matter and assist you in coming to an agreement as well as quoting a flat fee to prepare the necessary documents. Since I would be preparing documents on behalf of both parties, I technically cannot represent either party. However, I am willing to discuss the matter with both parties so that the parties can reach their agreement. After that, if the parties reach an agreement, my services are limited to preparing divorce documents on behalf of both parties for a flat fee. If you can settle, using my services should provide you with a significant financial savings over what you may incur in litigating a divorce. There is no charge for you to call, so please do.
Felix Law Office also provides other services on a flat fee basis which include the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and informal probate representation. If you are interested in discussing your matter, call me. I usually handle all matters by telephone and email but, if you feel that a meeting is necessary, I can arrange a meeting at a conference room in Burnsville or Bloomington.
